Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Mondays-Fridays, with the exception of holidays and high-volume times. We will attempt to ship accepted orders within 48-72 business hours of acceptance. 

Standard delivery time is up to 8 business days (Monday through Friday). Some locations such as Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days to receive orders. We are unable to accept and ship orders outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.  

Delivery charges on shipments within the United States is FREE on orders (after discounts) over $65 with delivery via United Postal Service (UPS). 

You will receive an email notification if an item you ordered was cancelled. If you opt out of emails, please note you will not receive any text confirmations for orders, cancellations and tracking. 

Holidays Orders are processed & shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it’ll be processed the following business day. Our warehouse is closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders won’t be processed on these days:

• New Year's Day

• Martin Luther King Jr. Day

• Good Friday

• Memorial Day

• 4th of July

• Labor Day

• Veteran's Day

• Thanksgiving (and the day after)

• Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (and the day after)

Delivery Terms  Due to the fact that we are currently seeing a large increase in online orders during this time, there may be a delay in the delivery process.  We are working hard to get all website orders shipped and appreciate your patience with any delays.     All orders are subject to payment card authorization and stock availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to correct any errors or omissions that relate to the products, pricing and availability.
